3. The kinds of Personal Data processed by XHIBY
A. Essential Personal Data to create your Account
When you create an Account, you have to provide some Personal Data. When registering, XHIBY asks you to provide your email address, your full name and optionally your phone number. XHIBY stores these Personal Data as well as other Personal Data provided by you when you use the Service.
B. Personal Data by using our Service
In order to use our Service, you have to provide additional Personal Data. This information will not go public through the Service. You can also provide your financial information to XHIBY and third parties, such as your financial information to make payments. All credit card details you fill in while using our Service will under no circumstances be processed or stored by XHIBY. All processing of this information will be handled by the payment provider.
As a regular user the following information about you will be stored in our databases:

– your email address;
– if you are a company:
– invoice details
– company’s address details
– telephone number
– password (encrypted)
By using the Service you can also provide other Personal Data to XHIBY and third parties, such as Personal Data for inclusion in or to be processed within the App. XHIBY is not the controller of these Personal Data, but a processor.
C. Automatically generated information of you and your users
Like most other websites and online services, XHIBY gathers and processes automatically generated information about how you use the Service. The information gathered includes your IP-address and/or an unique device ID. This also occurs with regard to the automatically generated information about how your users of the App use your App, if you publish your App through our Service. This kind of information helps us to better understand how our Service is used, to inform you how your App is used, and how we can improve the Service to suit the need of our users. If you enable the user authorization features inside your app, the following additional information will be stored of your users:
• Email address;
• Additional profile information returned by an external provider such as Facebook or LinkedIn.
To provide you with information about the usage of your app we are also collecting the following
• The moment when the user opens up your app;
Note: if the user authorization features are enabled we are able to link the anonymous information to an
user once they login.

However, XHIBY can provide your Personal Data to third parties, when this is essential for providing the Service to you or for carrying out your instructions , such as for making payments by means of payment providers for Paid Services.
XHIBY may provide “aggregated anonymous data” about the usage of the Service to third parties for such purposes as well, as it deems to be appropriate. “Aggregated anonymous data” is data that cannot be traced back to you and which therefore does not count as Personal Data. For instance, XHIBY may use aggregated anonymous data to better understand how Users use the Service. In the event that XHIBY (or any parts of it) are transferred to a third party, or that XHIBY merges with a third party, or undergoes a reorganization, your Personal Data may also be disclosed and/or transferred to that third party. This third party will have to right to continue to use Personal Data and other information that you provided to XHIBY. The security of your data and that of other Users is very important to XHIBY. We have implemented technical and organizational measures to protect your Personal Data against loss or any form of unlawful processing. XHIBY implements the following measures: protection of our servers by firewalls, SSL connections and encryption of sensitive data. This list is not exhaustive.
In general and for specific functionality built in the App, our service ask for Permissions. These Permissions are asked from the App user when the App is downloaded from the store and / or when a specific functionality is used.

Our Service may contain services and products offered by third parties, and/or hyperlinks to the websites or services of partners, advertisers and other third parties. XHIBY has no control or influence over the content, websites or services of these third parties. Different privacy policies may apply to the use of third party websites and services. This Privacy and Cookie Statement only relates to Personal Data which have been obtained by XHIBY through your use of the Service for its own purposes. XHIBY does not accept any responsibility or liability for the content, practices or operation of third party websites and services.
11. Viewing and changing Personal Data
You can always view, edit or delete the Personal Data in your Account. If you want to know what Personal Data XHIBY has stored about you, you can contact XHIBY, with reasonable frequency, by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. XHIBY will send you an overview of all your stored Personal Data within four (4) weeks. After receipt of this overview, you may request XHIBY to correct, supplement, delete or block Personal Data that is factually incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant for the purpose of processing, or if the data is in violation of a legal provision. XHIBY will inform you within four (4) weeks whether it will comply your request. If you wish to delete your entire Account you can do so by sending an email to email@example.com. After deleting of your Account, XHIBY may store your Personal Data and Account for a further period of time for a number of reasons, including but not limited to back-up reasons, legal obligations concerning retention of accounting information and the prevention of malicious actions resulting from identity theft or other offences or crimes such as fraud. Deleted Personal Data and Accounts are only accessible to XHIBY and cannot be accessed by any users of the Service. All retained Personal Data continues to be subject to this Privacy and Cookie Statement.
